If you think you´ll have time to make a second submission, then save the style matching experiment for that one, and finish this one with the idea you had originally in mind... I think we could afford a little mischief on good ol´ Pox. So far, I think one of the best submissions is SWITCH´s and it doesn´t match that style at all, it´s more like Simon Bisley in duotonal...
Look at me, my chances of getting a submission done for this are getting more and more scarce... I hate Julie Bell, Boris was great in times, before marrying with Julie Bell, and my relationship with Royo is a love/hate one... And I want to make something like those, just like that!

Yes, you should make her hold some kind of huge high-tech machinery weapon or something. Right now is only a babe in contemporary undies. The usual SF/Fantasy imagery is missing. Just for better fitting into the contest.
But I really like it very much. The oil texture is really cool and your style makes her really unique.
But... don´t you think that Pox was looking for that photo-refernced with clean airbrush blending in the style of Boris Vallejo, Julie Bell, Luis Royo, etc...?

Yeah actually half way through painting this i thought to myself, is this really what they're looking for? I'm going to try and clean it up, make it as close to what they want as possible. and no worries, i'm going to do one more submission after this.
